About Us
When we created the Happy-Captain boater education series, it was our goal to provide the best possible learning experience in the most realistic setting—your boat! We have combined a winning curriculum with the best instructors and are very excited to welcome you to an entirely new way to become the master of your own ship.
Whether you’re starting from scratch with a small runabout or operating a large twin-engine “weekender”, we have lessons for you. Many of our course modules follow the ABYC On-Water Power Standard. Our course modules are taught on your boat and your waterway. Lessons are fast-paced and fun with the intent to inform, but not overwhelm you.
